Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your undamaged purchase, you may receive a full refund. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us promptly. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.  We encourage our customers to try the product within the first 14 days to ensure it fits your needs.   

If you buy our product using Affirm, simply return it to Harmony Sound. We will inform Affirm and cover the cost of the return. Please review your Affirm payment plan details carefully.
